www.camlinconnect.com.au is the public website and sign-in page for Camlin Connect, a conversation platform operated by Nuamedia, ABN 57 153 868 949 (“we”, “us”). By using this site you accept these terms. They cover the website itself — the pages you can read and the forms you can submit without an account. Use of the Camlin Connect platform behind sign-in (Camlin Architect, hosted sites, APIs) is supplied under a separate customer agreement; if you do not have one, start at the contact or pricing page.

Signing in from this site takes you to the platform’s login service and, once authenticated, into Camlin Architect. Accounts are created on request and approved by us; we may decline or withdraw an account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for what is done with them.

You agree not to:

• submit false or misleading information in an account request, purchase enquiry or contact form, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, the sign-in service, or the platform behind it;
• use the site to send unlawful, defamatory or infringing material.

We may throttle, block or withdraw access to the site at our discretion.

This website is provided “as is” and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Descriptions of the platform on these pages are informational and do not form part of any customer agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded; to the extent permitted, our liability in connection with the free use of this website is limited to resupplying it.

The site, the Camlin and Nuamedia names and marks, and the platform they describe remain our property (or that of our licensors). You may not reuse them without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new version number and effective date.
