How Camlin Connect fits together. People reach you on five channels: phone calls, SMS, web chat, a 3D avatar and your website. What happens next is a flow you build in Camlin Architect. The Camlin Connect runtime runs that flow for every conversation, asks AI models when the flow says to, and logs every turn. Camlin ASR hears the caller, replies are spoken sentence by sentence, the avatar lip-syncs and VoiceID can check who is calling. The flow works with your own systems: CRMs and APIs, Camlin Server data, and hand-off to your people.
